Mark 14:32-72

Join Jesus and his intimate friends in the garden of his agony. Three times the word hour is used; sense the power of this hour in Jesus’ life and in yours right now as you pray.

Sleepiness can be a sign of an inner resistance to facing something. Does this happen to you? Pray to the Spirit that you receive a breakthrough in this area so that you can watch and be with the Lord in the communion of intimate prayer.

The hours of the day are as sacred vessels in which the Lord’s grace is present. Be encouraged to grow in awareness of each hour as a sacred space where the events of your life can become encounters with the Lord. When a new hour begins, pause for a moment and thank the Lord for the hour just passed, rededicating yourself to the hour that has just begun.
