Psalm 103

An explosion in the soul takes place as the grace of the Lord gushes forth in extravagant praise.

How can our souls bless God? Is not God the one who blesses, we the ones who receive? To bless the Lord is to return gratitude, praise, and adoration to the Lord for the abundant blessings of life, faith, hope, and love that God has poured out upon us. God empowers you to do this. Your blessing the Lord completes the divine energy cycle. Out from God flows life: into you it comes. This can only occur when you return all thanks and praise to the Lord. Then the life of God is totally in motion within your soul, moving outward as saving grace for others. Praise God!
