Imagine a scale and the contents of your awareness—your world, with all its problems and challenges on one side, God and God’s power and glory on the other. Which side is heavier?

3:30 is the center verse in this passage. As you read, let each verse increase the weight of the Lord in your spirit, filling your mind and heart with a deepening consciousness of God’s presence to you.

The Hebrew concept of God’s glory, kabod means “weightiness.” Welcome the glory of God sinking into your soul as a weight that centers you. Feel the shift in the scale as your problems become lighter in the balance, the Lord filling you more and more with God’s glory.
