All the evils in the world will finally be balanced off by justice. The images of the seven bowls of God’s justice are not meant to frighten us, but to let us know that God is always in charge. When God is in charge, no evil can really shout “Victory!” The score with evil is going to be balanced.
The verse for me that rises from the page is verse 15. It’s about waiting for Jesus. Like a thief who comes suddenly, so does Jesus come…but not with the intentions of a thief! Jesus will just flow into your heart if you are watching and waiting for the moment…such as right now! Be a “Wait Watcher”: watch for the silence, waitinthe silence…and then you can write from the silence…ideas, feelings, thoughts. You’ll have the kind of fun that I have in writing these Firestarters!
