Do the Next Right Thing.

Throughout this part of the Bible there are stories about good and bad kings.  It seems that the bad ones outnumber the good ones!  Today we read about King Jehoshaphat and what he does to put right order into the Kingdom of Judah.  He wants the leaders to think of others, instead of themselves.  In doing this, leaders become examples of how God is—fair and loving.

How are you doing about having your life in good order?  From keeping you room neat and clean, to caring for others, we find God when we just do what’s right.

When you’re wondering what to do after you sit in your room, all neat and tidy, here’s a phrase I love: “Do the next right thing.”
