The Lord Our Refuge

Tap here for a video on Psalm 90.

[From the original version]

At this very moment, many people are not praising the Lord. You do it for them. Intercede for them, as you go into the presence of the Lord—our dwelling place in all generations.

Psalms 90 to 99 form a cluster of ancient songs the Hebrews used for worship on the Sabbath. Join with this communion of saints as you pray this first one. Be part of God’s sacred people linking us vertically with heaven’s saints and horizontally with God’s faithful ones on earth

From the inner place of refuge in God’s presence, look out at the whole, wide expanse of this world. Place particular problems into the wider setting of the glorious absolutes sung in these psalms. God dwells in you and you in God.
