Like Making Pizza

Have you ever seen someone make a pizza?  Those that really know how to do it are very skilled. They toss the dough back and forth from hand to hand, twirling the widening, flying disk into the air as this favorite circle that we eat is prepared.

I think of this as I read today’s passage. James does the same in the ingredients of verses in this chapter.  Feel his thoughts going back-and-forth, gradually widening as James shares with us.

James does not hold back from “telling it like it is.”  His letter is a wonderful instruction on how to live in peace and wisdom.  If you read and follow his words, you’ll grow up strong in the Lord!
